Founder of drip and heart of the community, Jamar leads with humility, purpose, and a whole lot of energy. His vision for drip was simple: create a space where people feel empowered, supported, and challenged to become the best version of themselves—together.

You’ll find Jamar coaching Wednesday mornings, setting the tone with his signature energy, hype playlists, and presence that fills the room. Whether it’s your first class or your 50th, Jamar has a way of making you feel seen, strong, and capable of more than you thought possible.

Quiet in spirit but powerful in impact, he lets his actions do the talking—and the drip community wouldn’t be what it is without him.

THE drip FIT TEAM

Wendall Williams (aka Coach Byrd)

Former pro athlete turned mindset master, Wendall brings the heat—and the heart—to every workout. As a former NFL player, he knows firsthand that success takes grit, hustle, and showing up for yourself even when it’s hard. His coaching style is all about reminding you why you started and helping you choose confidence, one rep at a time.

When he’s not leading the charge in the studio, you’ll catch him vibing to his playlist (no skips!), dreaming of the Maldives, or refueling with a fresh fruit bowl. His favorite part of the drip community? The energy. The unity. The shared sweat. Because here, we’re all in it together.

Wesley Yonish (Coach Wes)

Wes’s journey into coaching started with a golf swing and a lot of self-discipline. As a high school golfer, he began training on his own—with the help of a chiropractor—and later joined a small gym in his hometown. That experience sparked a passion not only for fitness, but for learning how the body and mind work together.

Today, Wes brings a thoughtful and curious approach to coaching. He believes growth starts by stepping into something new—whether it’s a different movement, a shift in mindset, or a fresh perspective. Outside the gym, he’s a yoga enthusiast who loves alternative rock, plays guitar, and has a soft spot for almond butter pretzel nuggets.

He’s new to drip, but excited to soak up the positive energy and build real connections. For Wes, coaching is more than a workout—it’s about creating space for growth, one rep at a time.

Anthony Jones

With a heart for teaching and a gift for leadership, Anthony brings years of experience from the classroom to the training floor. After college, his own fitness journey took off thanks to a push from his big brother Jamar—who saw something in him and encouraged him to become a trainer.

Anthony’s approach to coaching is all about support and accountability. He believes there’s nothing you can’t do with effort, consistency, and a little know-how. His background as an elementary teacher and Dean of Students shines through in his calm, encouraging presence and belief in each person’s potential.

At drip, he’s all about the community—the way it truly feels like family. You’ll find him blending up a mixed fruit smoothie post-workout, vibing to BigXthaPlug, and reminding you that you’re capable of more than you think.

Patique Washington

After gaining over 100 pounds following the birth of her second son, Patique made a powerful choice—she took her health back. Through discipline, mindset work, and lifestyle changes, she lost 80 pounds and became the strongest she’s ever been (300lb deadlift and still climbing ).

That transformation lit a fire in her to help others—physically and mentally. Her favorite way to motivate? Asking people their why, because she knows that lasting change starts from within. Patique wants everyone to know they are stronger, more capable, and more loved than they realize.

To her, drip is more than just fitness—it’s family. A space where people lift each other up and chase growth together. Fueled by Rick Ross, a post-workout protein shake with fruit, and pure grit. Patique shows up every day to remind you: you can do hard things—and you don’t have to do them alone.

Kristin Heineman

Kristin believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for building not just a strong body, but a resilient life. A lifelong athlete, certified wellness coach, and passionate instructor, she blends mindset, energy, and strategy into every workout—because it’s not just about the reps, it’s about who you become while doing them.

After navigating her own seasons of growth—personally and professionally—Kristin is deeply rooted in helping others rediscover their confidence and create lives they feel proud of. Her motto? Be you. Do you. Build you. It’s more than a catchphrase—it’s how she lives and leads.

At drip, Kristin brings high energy, real talk, and just the right amount of sass. Originally from small-town Indiana, she now calls Syracuse home—but her heart is wherever people are pushing themselves and showing up with purpose. Whether you’re on day one or deep into your journey, Kristin’s here to remind you that you were built for more—and she’ll be right beside you proving it.
