Our formats include lower body, upper body, conditioning, and full body workouts — all built to be challenging, intentional, and supportive at every fitness level.

  • Not at all. drip is designed for every fitness level — from beginners to advanced athletes. Our coaches provide clear demonstrations, modifications, and guidance so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • We currently offer four formats:

    • Lower Body Strength

    • Upper Body Strength

    • Conditioning

    • Full Body

    Each class is 45 minutes and includes a mix of strength, conditioning, and functional movement.

  • Download the drip app, create an account, and book your class directly through the schedule. New members can activate a free 1-week trial right in the app.

  • Comfortable workout clothes, clean sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide everything else you need — equipment, space, and coaching.

  • You’ll be greeted by your coach, shown around the studio, and guided through everything you need to know. Your coach will walk you through the stations, explain the workout structure, and offer modifications so you feel confident before class even begins.

  • Yes — 100%. We meet you exactly where you are. Our coaching is clear, supportive, and form-focused, so you’ll always feel safe and encouraged.

  • Most members see great results with 3–4 classes per week. But you can start with 1–2 and build from there — consistency matters more than perfection.

  • drip is a boutique experience built around energy, coaching, and community. You’re not just another face in the room — you’re supported, encouraged, and coached intentionally. No two classes feel the same, and our space is designed to boost your mood, confidence, and alignment.

  • Yes! First-time guests can try one class for free. Just have them download the app and select the free week trial — or reach out to us and we’ll add them to the class.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early and tell your coach so we can help you modify movements safely.

    We always prioritize form and longevity.

  • Yes — we offer private group classes, corporate sessions, and training for athletic teams. Contact us for pricing and availability.

  • Your free week includes 5 classes — any format, any day. It’s the best way to experience the full drip vibe and see what works for your goals.

  • No fee — just be respectful. You can cancel at any time so someone else has the opportunity to grab the spot.
